1. Scope of application
Quantitative packaging of granular materials in rice, seeds, feed, chemical raw materials, sugar and other industries.
2. Innovative technology
a. Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure eliminates the problems of stress point offset and signal distortion caused by uneven distribution of materials in the weighing hopper.
b. The specially designed sensor and airtight working chamber of the cylinder completely isolate the corrosion and wear of the cylinder and sensor by rice flour, dust, and water vapor, which greatly prolongs the trouble-free operation time of the equipment.
c. The independent double-cylinder feeding overcomes the difficulty that the sealing ring is easy to wear and tear that has plagued quantitative packaging equipment for many years and cannot be avoided when using three-position cylinders.
d. External adjustment mechanism handle mechanism. The scaled handle adjustment device is used to adjust the size of the "feeding port" to the best working mode for rice with different water content and different grain shapes to ensure the weighing effect.
3. Features
a. The international advanced high-precision weighing sensor and quantitative controller are adopted. The controller adopts high-performance A/D converter with a conversion rate of 200 times per second and an input sensitivity of 0.5μν/d. It has high measurement accuracy and good stability;
